Opened blind boxes, collectible figures, plush pendants, and change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact service@funcinating.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos for review.

Refunds
